We are pleased to announce that 【HonZen Fes.】, held every April at 本然農園, will be taking place again this year!
HonZen Fes. is themed around “a music festival where adults can enjoy together with kids,” and is an event that families and individuals alike can have fun participating in.
This is one of about three farm events held each year, so we look forward to seeing you all there.

Location: 本然農園 Vegetable Farm (Tsubanamiha, Nishihara Town, Nakagami District, Okinawa)

Admission: 3,000 yen for adults, free for junior high school students and younger
Capacity: 100 people
On-site vendors: 本然農園 merchandise, Nishihara Apiary (beekeeping), dagashi (traditional candy) shop, Decir
Schedule:
10:00 Check-in opens
10:40 Check-in closes
11:00 Vegetable harvesting experience & take-home (onions, carrots, potatoes)
11:30 2nd Yushi-wan Grand Prix (sponsored by Ikeda Foods)
12:00 Barbecue & curry (alcoholic and soft drinks available)
13:00 Expected end time
Notes:
– Drivers must absolutely refrain from consuming alcoholic beverages.
– Admission can be paid in advance via PayPay or in cash on-site. (Please bring exact change.)
– For PayPay payments, the deadline is April 18; after that date, only on-site cash payment will be accepted.
– For PayPay payments, a full refund will be issued if the event is canceled; however, cancellations after April 19 will receive a 50% refund.
– If coming by car, please park along the side road next to the farm. Follow the directions of the staff on-site.
– At check-in, please collect harvest bags (one per adult).
– Curry does not come with rice. If you would like rice, please bring your own onigiri (rice balls), etc.
– Please prepare any other food and drinks on your own.
– We will recruit participants on the day for the Yushi-wan Grand Prix (a competition to see who can eat the most bowls of yushi tofu in a wanko-soba style).
– Please consent to having photos and videos taken during the event and shared on the internet.
