Hello! This is 本然農園. On Sunday, December 17, 2023, our Christmas Event was held! The weather was cloudy and the temperature didn’t rise much, but many people still came out to join us. Thank you so much! First up was the “Potato Planting Experience.” After putting on gloves and getting ready, participants learned how to plant and got started. The cut seed potatoes were placed cut-side down into holes dug about one fist deep. Even though everyone was a bit unsure at first, they quickly got the hang of it and planted at a great pace. We managed to plant seed potatoes in all five rows! Next was a swag-making experience using plants that grow wild around the farm. Since the swags are made entirely from natural materials, they can simply be returned to nature after being displayed. After learning the basic technique, participants gathered their own materials and created their unique swags. Then, soy milk stew and pork miso soup provided by Soy Labo were served. As the wind grew colder and stronger, the piping hot stew and soup warmed us to the core! Thank you for the delicious meal. Finally, a combined Santa-and-Reindeer character handed out candy Christmas presents to the children. We hope they liked them^^

And then came a surprise birthday celebration for the 本然農園 representative! Although his actual birthday is in October, everyone celebrated in grand style with a stunning original birthday cake. Thank you so much^^ The cake was designed to look like the 本然農園 Moringa field! It was amazing!
